1. Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Certain products (such as custom or perishable items) may not be eligible for return.
 
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide your order number and photos of the issue.
 - 
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
 
3. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
 - 
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
 
4. Exchanges
- 
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it first and place a new order.
 
5. Order Cancellations
- 
Orders can be canceled only before shipment. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
