Return & Refund Policy

At Auranesta, your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Certain products (such as custom or perishable items) may not be eligible for return.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and photos of the issue.

  • Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

3. Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it first and place a new order.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only before shipment. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
